Yes, we hold orders if the temperature exceeds 25°C to ensure product quality. Shipping resumes when temperatures drop.

If you need to make changes, please contact us at hello@montezumas.co.uk before 2 pm on the day you place your order. We do our best to ensure that orders are despatched on the same day that you place them so if you get in touch after this point, it is likely that your order is already on the way.
