Corporate Order Terms & Conditions
1. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions available on our direct website do not apply to corporate orders. Our corporate gifting service operates within its own discount structure.
2. Delivery and Redelivery
If a parcel is refused at delivery, our team will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response within five (5) days, we will be unable to arrange redelivery. Please note that seasonal products are non-refundable in such cases. To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that all recipient addresses are correct and that recipients are informed of the delivery.
3. Lead Times
- Non-bespoke orders require a minimum lead time of four (4) weeks.
- Bespoke orders require a minimum lead time of six (6) weeks.
We will always aim for quicker turnaround in order to accommodate customers requirements, but during peak seasons we would advise to order as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment.
4. Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value for corporate gifting is £1,000.
5. Pricing and Additional Services
We are here to help with your corporate gifting needs, including individual deliveries. Our pricing structure reflects not only the cost of the products but also the additional service provided. We kindly ask that all quotes provided be respected, as they are carefully calculated based on these factors.
