Easter Delivery WEATHER WARNING
Orders placed on a next day day delivery are now taking an additional day to be delivered due to the severe weather conditions in some parts of the country this week. Please allow extra time for your orders to be delivered.
Last online orders on a standard delivery to be placed before 2pm on Tuesday 26th March 2013 to guarantee Easter delivery.

The majority of parcels sent within the UK are sent using Royal Mail. This is a tracked service, therefore allowing us to see where your parcel is at all times. The sender has the opportunity at the check out to nominate a SAFE PLACE for their parcel to be left. If the recipient is not home when delivery is attempted a 'While you were out' card will be left detailing where the parcel can be collected from - this is usually your local RM sorting office.
Deliveries are NOT made on Bank Holidays.
Handwritten Gift Message
You will have the opportunity to add a personal message to your gift, this will be hand written and included in your parcel for the recipient. Please note that we never include senders details in any parcels, therefore if a parcel is a gift and you have not written a personal message the recipient may not know who to thank!
Gift Box
Should you require your chocolate goodies to be gift boxed, this is an additional cost of £3.50.
Returned Parcels
Should your parcel be returned to us for any reason, for example due to a wrong post code or incomplete address, addressee gone away or not called for you, the sender will be liable to pay a re send charge of £3.75. We will notify you of any returns and ask you to contact us with your payment details in order for us to re send the parcel for you with the correct details. |
