SHOP
We are proud as punch that we toil hard in beautiful West Sussex to make each and every chocolate that has our name on it.
We think it’s crucially important to have any credibility as a food brand that one actually makes it. You can thank us or blame us, but at least you know you’re talking to the right people! We hope you agree.
Making great chocolate means using great passion, skill and flair; with just a little smile and a lot of love. Much of our chocolate range is organic and a significant part is still handmade..
In the spotlight . . .

Alice (pictured opposite) is one of our small production team (we don't mean they are all short) and although reluctant to have her photo taken, Alice will knock the socks off anyone when it comes to artistic and delicate chocolate making.
She smiles a lot too.
We think it's important to enjoy your work and love what you make.
We don't force feed the crew but we do encourage tasting!
Checking details . . .

Ensuring that nothing leaves "Chocolate HQ" without our stamp of approval means constant checking and vigilance.
Chocolate is tricky stuff so we have to ensure the holes in our quality control net are as small as possible . . . simply put that means really keeping a keen eye on chocolate as it tries to escape.
Michelle was keen for us to show this picture of her checking that these speciality bars were crammed full with the correct gravity defying ingredients. Who are we to say no!
